Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

Why not come home to a delicious smelling house and a lovely dinner? These chicken thighs are excellent! Throw some potatoes in the air fryer (see recipe) and steam some veggies in the microwave (Add 2 tbsp water and veggies to a dish, cover, microwave 4-6 minutes). Viola! Dinner is served.

•        6-8 chicken things (bone in, skin on)

•        ¼ cup low sodium chicken broth

•        1 tsp dried parsley

•        ½ tsp each garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, seasoning salt

•        ¼ tsp black pepper

1. Add chicken broth to the bottom of the crockpot. Place chicken thighs (skin side up) on top in a single layer.

2. Sprinkle the exposed portion of the chicken thighs with herbs and spices. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours or on high for 3 hours (or until they reach 165F). Enjoy!
