Easy Air-Fryer Potato Wedges

These are a staple in my house! The outsides are crispy, insides are soft, and they’re great dipped in ketchup.  With all air fryer recipes, it’s important not to overcrowd or overfill the unit. We want one a single layer or potatoes to ensure that they each cook properly. Depending on the size of your unit, you may want to cook in two batches.

 •        2 tbsp olive oil

•        4 medium sized potatoes of your choice

•        1 tbsp chilli powder

•        1 tsp each seasoning salt and garlic powder

•        Optional: fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp dried oregano, and ¼ cup feta cheese

1. Cut your potatoes into wedges and place in a large bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and toss to coat.

2. Sprinkle potatoes with chilli powder, salt, and garlic powder. Toss until seasonings cover all sides.

3. In a single layer, add potatoes to an air-fryer and set to 400F for 20 minutes.

4. Check back at the halfway mark (10 minutes) to shake and ensure evening cooking. Adjust cooking time based on the size and doneness of your potato wedges.

Optional: Once the potatoes are cooked, return to the large bowl, drizzle with fresh lemon juice and sprinkle with oregano and feta cheese. Toss until well combined.
